Job summary

El Jannah is looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as Restaurant Team Members, working in either Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH). This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work alongside a great team, with full training provided on the job.

No previous experience is required. Daytime shifts are highly preferred, 10 AM to 5 PM, with flexible rosters including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Front of House: greet guests, take orders, pack meals and support service flow.
• Back of House: assist with food prep, maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
• Maintain cleanliness across counters, dining areas and guest spaces.
• Follow WHS requirements and report hazards or incidents.
• Support the team to deliver friendly, efficient service during busy periods.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as Restaurant Team Members, working in either Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH). This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work alongside a great team, keep the energy high, and help create memorable experiences for our guests. No previous experience is required, with full training provided on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, your responsibilities may include the following:

Aviability:

Daytime highly preferred.

10 AM to 5 PM.

Front of House (FOH):

• Welcoming guests and delivering friendly, efficient service
• Taking orders and packing meals accurately
• Supporting service flow during busy periods
• Maintaining cleanliness across counters, dining areas and guest spaces
• Following WHS requirements and reporting hazards or incidents

Back of House (BOH):

• Preparing menu items such as burgers, rolls, salads and fried products
• Cooking freezer-to-fryer items in line with safety and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and prep areas
• Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils and equipment
• Following WHS requirements and reporting hazards or incidents
