Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a hands-on Team Manager to lead our Truganina warehouse operation in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will drive safety, productivity and team performance while delivering outstanding service to customers.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate labour, oversee inventory accuracy and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and driving performance outcomes.
• Sound understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Commitment to workplace safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for leading day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring service, safety and productivity targets are achieved while developing a positive and high-performing team culture. You'll coordinate labour, oversee inventory accuracy, manage operational workflows and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to –
