Job summary

Americold Prospect operation is seeking experienced Team Managers to lead frontline warehouse operations, ensuring safe, productive and customer-focused outcomes across shifts. You will report to the Production Manager and drive performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing labour, meeting KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams in fast-paced operational settings.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision‑making capability.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools is advantageous.
• Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent experience would be highly regarded.

As part of the continued growth of our Prospect operation, we are seeking experienced and people-focused Team Managers to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead large operational teams within a fast-paced distribution environment while contributing to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading cold storage and logistics providers.

Multiple Opportunities Available

• Team Manager – Monday to Friday Afternoon Shift
• Team Manager – Sunday to Thursday AM Shift
• Team Manager – Tuesday to Saturday AM Shift

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Production Manager on shift, you will be responsible for leading frontline warehouse operations and ensuring your team consistently delivers safe, productive and customer-focused outcomes.
