Job summary

Zambrero Australia is seeking Team Leaders to join our fast-paced, friendly team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will help run daily operations, prepare and serve our fresh Mexican food, and ensure high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations.
• Be a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with Zambrero values and culture.
• Assist in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
• Assist with hiring new team members and onboarding them.
• Assist in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
• Assist with ordering of stock from various suppliers.
• Assist in office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies.
• Manage daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room and general restaurant.
• Assist with executing marketing promotions.
• Ensure safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are trained in Workplace Health and Safety

What You'll Do
