Zambrero is looking for Team Leaders to join our team at the Crows Nest location. You’ll oversee daily operations, support a vibrant team, and deliver fast, fresh Mexican food with a smile. Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in day-to-day operations.
• Model Zambrero values and culture for staff.
• Assist with training, development and coaching of team members.
• Help recruit and onboard new team members.
• Manage staff performance and rostering where required.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to high standards.
• Assist with stock orders and supplier communications.
• Support in office admin tasks and policy reviews.

We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with homemade guac and other goodies. What you’ll do

Our Team Leaders take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.

• Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
• Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture
• Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
• Assisting with hiring new team members and onboarding them
• Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff
• Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
• Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
• Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies
• Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
• Assisting with executing marketing promotions
• Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
