Job summary

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council in New South Wales is seeking a Team Leader Urban Transport Maintenance to lead and mentor a team delivering road and transport maintenance, keeping the Braidwood community connected and safe.

The package includes AU$94,073.20 to AU$103,951.12 gross per year plus 12% super, 38 hours per week, a 9-day fortnight and a leaseback option. You will coordinate programs across roads, drainage and bridges, while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

The Package:

$94,073.20 - $103,951.12 gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 13 of the QPRC Salary System 2026) and Award increases of 4% in 2027-28 and 4% in 2028-2029.

Fulltime - 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions apply. Leaseback option available.

As Team Leader Urban Transport Maintenance, you'll lead the delivery of vital road and transport maintenance works that keep the Braidwood community connected and safe. This role combines hands‑on operational leadership with team development and coordination to drive outcomes on the ground and maintain the infrastructure our residents rely on.

In this role you will:
