Job summary

Joii Landscaping is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to guide a crew on busy commercial and residential projects around Brisbane. You will lead from the front, operate essential machinery, and ensure top-quality workmanship from start to finish.

In this role you will manage day-to-day site activities, set out jobs, and coordinate site preparation while keeping projects on track and safe. A strong work ethic and reliable transport are required, with fencing experience a plus.

Joii Landscaping is looking for a hands-on Team Leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading from the front and working hands-on with the team every day.

Managing day-to-day site activities and getting the best out of your crew

Operating mini excavators, Bobcats, and other landscaping machinery.

Setting out jobs, managing levels, and coordinating site preparation.

Delivering quality landscaping works from start to finish.

Keeping projects on track, maintaining productivity, and ensuring high standards.

Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional worksite.

What We're Looking For

Solid landscaping experience and the ability to lead a team on-site.

Confident machinery operation experience, including mini excavators and Bobcats.

Relevant machinery licences, tickets, or competencies for the equipment you'll operate.

A strong understanding of site set-out, levels and landscaping construction.

A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership of a job.

A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a commitment to quality.

A current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Fencing experience is a big plus!

If you know your way around fencing set-out, post positioning, measurements, and installation, you'll be highly regarded.
