Rocky Bay Limited in Lockridge, WA is seeking an experienced Team Leader or Manager to lead our Supported Accommodation service. You will guide a large, capable team and support customers with a wide range of abilities and needs.

Reporting to a Service Manager, you’ll drive person-centred practice, coordinate care, and uphold high standards while fostering development and leadership across the site. This role offers Monday–Friday hours, salary packaging, and strong training opportunities within

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Leader, Manager or similar leading a large team.
• Strong disability sector experience, ideally in Supported Accommodation.
• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and complex health needs.
• Experience or understanding of restrictive practices.
• Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of NDIS requirements and person-centred practice.

Salary: $80,523 – $87,989.66 + Salary Packaging

Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced Team Leader or Manager to lead our Supported Accommodation service in Lockridge.

You’ll lead a large team supporting customers with a wide range of abilities and support needs, from largely self-sufficient customers through to people with intellectual disabilities and complex physical and health needs. This includes wheelchair users, PEG feeding, active support and management of restrictive practices.
