Job summary

Rocky Bay is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Supported Accommodation service in Balga. You will guide a team to support customers across a range of ages, abilities and support needs, with a strong emphasis on active support and person-centred practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, managing and developing a team.
• Experience in the disability sector, ideally Supported Accommodation.

• Commitment to helping customers build choice, independence and participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across one site with no on-call requirement.
• Guide the team to support customers with diverse ages and needs using active support.
• Contribute to person-centred planning and goal attainment for customers.
• Report to a Service Manager within a clear leadership structure.

Salary: $80,523 - $87,989.66 + Salary Packaging

Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Supported Accommodation service in Balga.

You'll lead a team, supporting customers across a range of ages, abilities and support needs. With a strong focus on active support, you'll guide your team to help customers be involved in everyday life, build independence and achieve their goals.
