Save the Children Australia is seeking a Team Leader for Staying on Track to guide our youth transition initiatives across Mount Isa and the Gulf. You will lead a high-performing team, foster strong partnerships with young people, families and communities, and champion trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices to support positive outcomes.
You will oversee transition planning and collaborate with Youth Justice to reduce reoffending and improve wellbeing for young people in our care.

In this full-time max term role (till end of July 2027) role, you'll lead our Staying on Track team across Mount Isa and the Gulf, helping young people successfully transition from detention back into their communities and create lasting change.
