Job summary

Save the Children Australia is seeking a Youth Support Specialist to join the Bail Response Program in Mount Isa. You will deliver high-quality services, build positive relationships with young people and families, and manage stakeholder engagement to support outcomes.

You will develop case plans, monitor progress, and evaluate goals to promote long-term wellbeing and education pathways. This role emphasizes trauma-informed, strength-based practices and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

In this Full-time temporary position. You'll work as a part of our Bail Response Program team in Mount Isa to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.

You will make a difference by:

  • Provision of quality service delivery
  • Provide positive healthy relationships and Engagement with young people and families
