Job summary

Energy & Utilities is seeking an experienced Team Lead Site Coordinator to provide functional leadership and support to Site Coordinators across the region, driving adoption of the Support Services Hub operating model and strengthening connections between operational teams and centralised support services.

You will lead a geographically dispersed team, offering direction, coaching and accountability across multiple sites and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dispersed teams within a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in complex, high-volume operational or project settings.
• Knowledge of administration, coordination and service delivery models.
• Understanding of governance, risk management and compliance requirements.

Opportunity

Energy & Utilities is seeking an experienced Team Lead Site Coordinator to provide functional leadership, guidance and support to Site Coordinators across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager Support Services, you will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of the Support Services Hub operating model, ensuring consistent site coordination practices and strengthening the connection between operational teams and centralised support services. You will lead a geographically dispersed team, providing direction, coaching and support while fostering collaboration and accountability across multiple sites and contracts.

Working closely with Project Managers, Operational Leaders and Hub teams, you will be predominantly based at our Logan Water office in Beenleigh with a requirement to work from our Milton office 1 day a week. Flexible working and WFH arrangements are also up for consideration during the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
