Job summary

Energy & Utilities is hiring an experienced Team Lead Site Coordinator to provide functional leadership across multiple sites in Australia. Based mainly at our Logan Water office in Beenleigh with one day per week at Milton, you will drive adoption of the Support Services Hub operating model and ensure consistent site coordination.

You will coach Site Coordinators, build stakeholder relationships, manage governance and risk, and identify improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading dispersed teams within a matrix operating environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders.
  • Experience working in complex, high volume operational or project environments.
  • Knowledge of operational administration, coordination and service delivery models.
  • A strong understanding of governance, risk management and compliance requirements.
  • Highly developed communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems.

Opportunity

Energy & Utilities is seeking an experienced Team Lead Site Coordinator to provide functional leadership, guidance and support to Site Coordinators across the region. Reporting to the Regional Manager Support Services, you will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of the Support Services Hub operating model, ensuring consistent site coordination practices and strengthening the connection between operational teams and centralised support services. You will lead a geographically dispersed team, providing direction, coaching and support while fostering collaboration and accountability across multiple sites and contracts. Working closely with Project Managers, Operational Leaders and Hub teams, you will be predominantly based at our Logan Water office in Beenleigh with a requirement to work from our Milton office 1 day a week. Flexible working and WFH arrangements are also up for consideration during the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
