Job summary

A leading NDIS service provider in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist. You will manage a caseload, deliver therapy in various settings, and provide mentorship to early career clinicians. This role offers flexibility with potential for part-time or full-time work and access to professional development. You’ll:
  • Manage a caseload of NDIS participants and deliver high-quality therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early career clinicians.
  • Support team operations including scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisation.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Stay up to date with NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
