Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to support Seabrook RAC in Deception Bay. You will ensure high standards of maintenance, lead site staff, coordinate repairs, and manage budgets while delivering excellent resident care and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and commercial and domestic construction practice.
• Experience in contractor management.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and standards.
• Understanding and empathy towards aged persons and their living requirements.
• Valid working rights and open manual driver's licence (Class C).
• Current national police check (or willingness to obtain).
• Pre-employment medical assessment may be required.
• Availability to participate in a shared on-call roster.

About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader to join the team working across our Seabrook RAC - Deception Bay. Reporting to the Regional Asset Manager, this role will ensure the condition and appearance of our homes are of the highest standard to provide a pleasant and safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.

• Hands-on repairs and maintenance
• Management and co-ordination of maintenance of the building and its environment

• Maintenance of records and reports
• Budget management
• Provide leadership, supervision and co-ordinate site maintenance staff

What do we need from you?
