Chobani Australia is seeking an experienced Logistics Team Leader for the Afternoon and Night Shifts at the Dandenong South site. You will manage day-to-day warehouse activities across chilled and ambient operations, leading a team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will drive safety, stock accuracy and dispatch coordination while coaching and developing team members. Prior supervisory experience and unrestricted Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume FMCG or warehouse environment.
• Proven safety leadership and commitment to WHS.
• Experience operating counterbalance and reach forklifts, including Double Deep Reach.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day warehouse activities on the Afternoon and Night Shift.
• Oversee loading/unloading, picking, wrapping, labeling and palletising finished goods.
• Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate dispatch activities, with a focus on KPI delivery.
• Drive safety and support the team through coaching and continuous improvement.

Requirements

The opportunity Chobani is looking for experienced Logistics Team Leaders to join our Afternoon and Night Shift teams at our Dandenong South site. Working within our large, modern warehouse across both chilled and ambient operations, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities while leading and supporting a team in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front, overseeing activities including loading and unloading trucks, picking, wrapping, labelling and palletising finished goods ready for dispatch. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating dispatch activities, driving safety and supporting your team to deliver against operational requirements and KPIs.

Skills & Experience

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a high-volume FMCG, manufacturing, food or warehouse environment
• Strong safety leadership and a demonstrated commitment to WHS
• Proven experience operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts, including Double Deep Reach
• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock control processes
• Experience coordinating dispatch, transport and warehouse activities
• Experience using warehouse management systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Confidence using Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑moving operational environment
• An inclusive, collaborative and people‑first leadership style with a focus on coaching and developing others
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and lean practices
• A reliable and punctual approach, with a willingness to lead from the front
