Starkey Australia in Alexandria, NSW, is seeking a Team Leader Logistics to guide a team and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. This full-time role will manage day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across departments.

You will oversee rostering, inventory coordination with the warehouse, drive process improvements, and mentor staff to uphold quality and regulatory compliance within a health-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a logistics or supply chain management role
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve operational goals
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • Very strong attention to detail abilities
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and technology
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
  • Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management or a related field is desirable

Responsibilities

About the role

As the Team Leader Logistics at Starkey Australia, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics Team members to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of products to our customers. This full-time role is based in our Alexandria, NSW facility and will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department.


What you'll be doing
