Job summary

Delaware North Australia invites applications for a Team Leader Food & Beverage at Lizard Island Resort. Lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced venue.

You will train staff, ensure safety and compliance, and drive upselling and promotions. Must have RSA, Food Safety certs, willingness to onboarding; ability to work a 7-day roster including days and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue.
• Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Certificate in Food Safety, or willing to obtain at onboarding.
• Certificate in Hospitality Management is beneficial.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster including days and nights.

• Lead an exceptional team in this fast-paced, high-volume, buzzing venue
• Train and develop team members, sharing your passion, and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated work ethic
• Adhere to compliance and operational requirements, in line with Delaware North’s standards and procedures
