Job summary

NW People Group Pty Ltd in Arundel is seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a strong inbound warehousing background to join a busy distribution operation on day shift.

You will lead inbound operations, supervise staff, ensure stock is received, processed and stored accurately, and drive safety and efficiency across the warehouse. Immediate start with opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Storeman role.
• Inbound warehouse experience in a busy environment.
• Strong inventory and stock control knowledge.
• Experience coordinating warehouse teams and daily workflow.
• Current Forklift (LF) Licence preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations.
• Supervise and support warehouse staff.
• Receive, inspect and process incoming stock.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock allocation.
• Liaise with transport providers and internal departments.
• Maintain warehouse safety and operational efficiency.
• Assist with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when required.

Team Leader Level Storeman - Inbound | Day Shift | Arundel | $40+ per Hour

We're currently seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a strong inbound warehousing background to join a busy and growing distribution operation based in Arundel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional who can lead by example, coordinate inbound operations, and ensure stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently.

• A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
