Zambrero in North Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and to serve our customers with excellence. You’ll model high standards, support training and onboard new staff, while managing rostering and performance reviews to keep the team motivated.

You’ll also help with stock orders, admin tasks, and food safety, while contributing to marketing promotions and a friendly, dynamic workplace culture.

Responsabilités

• Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
• Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with Zambrero values and culture
• Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
• Assisting with hiring new team members and onboarding them
• Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff
• Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
• Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
• Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies
• Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
• Assisting with executing marketing promotions
• Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety

What You’ll Do

Our Team Leaders take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.
