Job summary

Bolton Clarke invites a Part-time Team Leader Housekeeping to oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations at Toowoomba & Darling Downs QLD. You will lead a small team, ensure high standards, manage rosters and budgets, and liaise with residents and families to resolve issues promptly.

You will champion OHS&E policies, continuous improvement, and compliant service delivery while maintaining a compassionate, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping/cleaning teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and stock/equipment.
• Australian working rights.
• Willingness to obtain police checks and NDIS checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping and laundry team daily.
