Maxwell Apprentices is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leading Hand to join our growing team in Sydney. This hands-on leadership role suits someone with strong parks and gardens or commercial landscape maintenance background who can lead a small crew while actively working on-site.

You will lead and coordinate maintenance sites, perform gardening and general maintenance tasks, liaise with clients, and ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time.

Formación

• Experience as Leading Hand/Senior Gardener or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Cert III in Parks & Gardens, Horticulture or similar preferred.
• Strong commercial landscape maintenance experience.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on.
• White Card.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a team across commercial landscape maintenance sites.
• Carry out hands-on gardening, horticultural and general maintenance duties.
• Ensure maintenance works are completed to a high standard and within required timeframes.
• Allocate daily tasks and provide direction to maintenance crews.
• Liaise with clients and site contacts professionally.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and ensure they are addressed appropriately.
• Operate landscaping equipment and machinery as required.
• Assist with pruning, mowing, hedging, planting, turf and general garden maintenance.

They are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Leading Hand to join their growing team. • Reliable, professional and committed to delivering quality work
• White Card
