Aruma is seeking a Team Leader—Grounds and Maintenance to supervise a small team across multiple commercial sites in Sydney. Based at Penny Place, Arndell Park NSW 2148, this permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday 7:00am–3:00pm and requires travel across Sydney to meet client needs.
You will manage gardening and general maintenance tasks while supporting team members, including some with disabilities.
We provide professional grounds and property maintenance services across a wide range of sites, including strata blocks, industrial estates, commercial businesses, councils, parks, and disability support facilities.
Our major clients include Telstra, Broadspectrum, Byron Council, Department of Primary Industries, Department of Housing, and Vicinity Shopping Centres.

You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands, some with disabilities, to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. Team Leaders contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm. The role requires travel across Sydney, with the primary site location based at Penny Place, Arndell Park NSW 2148.
