Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio within a property business committed to quality communities and resident wellbeing.

You will oversee facilities performance, coach a team of Maintenance Coordinators, manage contractor standards and WHS, and drive improvements across handovers and reporting. This is a 12-month maternity cover with potential for longer-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities and maintenance management across multiple sites.
• Proven leadership with accountability for teams.
• Strong contractor management, WHS and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with maintenance systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio-wide facilities and maintenance performance.
• Lead, coach and support the team, managing complex operational escalations.
• Maintain contractor standards, compliance and performance.
• Oversee WHS, incident management and safety escalations.
• Ensure accurate maintenance records, reporting and quality assurance.
• Guide project handovers and operational readiness.
• Partner with internal teams to improve service delivery.
