Kirinari Community Services in the CWES region around Orange, NSW, is seeking a Team Leader - Disability to guide Support Worker teams delivering SIL and group-home supports with a person-centred approach.
You will lead, mentor and support staff, provide direct domestic and personal care, and assist clients to engage with their community, while handling program administration. Part-time permanent, minimum 60 hours per fortnight.

Kirinari is a highly reputable and respected disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our customers. Kirinari employ over 1300 staff in various regions across VIC, NSW and TAS.
As a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within a supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes). You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.
You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including; domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community. This position ensures the operation of an allotted SIL/s with administrative functions whilst providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop skill capacity.
This position is part-time permanent working a minimum of 60 hours per fortnight and will commence as soon as practicable.
