Job summary

Pathfinders is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Mid North Coast region on a 24 hour per week basis. The role requires flexibility for afternoon, evening, sleepover and weekend shifts, with duties including personal care and supporting people with epilepsy and behaviours of concern.

You will provide strong leadership, rostering oversight and support staff supervision to ensure high-quality, person-led support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in disability or community services (preferred)
• Strong understanding of person-led support and flexible rostering

Responsibilities

• Provide person-led support and empower participants to pursue goals
• Lead, supervise and mentor support staff to deliver high-quality care
• Manage rostering, staff allocation and workforce planning
• Oversee participant care plans and assist with day-to-day service delivery and compliance
• Assist Senior Coordinator and Disability Support Manager as required
