About the role

Our Coles Services team takes pride in making our supermarkets shine. As a Coles Services Team Leader, you'll lead by example while working alongside your team to keep our stores clean, safe and welcoming. From collecting trolleys and completing cleaning tasks to coaching your team and maintaining high standards, you'll play an active role in delivering a great shopping experience every day.

While this role is based in a primary store, it may also operate as a multi-site leadership position, providing hands-on leadership support, coaching and operational oversight across multiple stores within the region.

About you and your skills

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team through leading by example
• A strong focus on safety, standards and teamwork
• Great communication, time management and task prioritisation skills
• Confidence working on the floor and supporting customers
• The ability to stay organised while balancing operational priorities
• A willingness to be hands-on and complete cleaning tasks and collect trolleys as part of your everyday role
• The ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and push/pull trolleys
