Job summary

Coles Group in Griffith is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee store operations during evening and night trade, ensuring an exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging environment for customers and team members.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead, coach and develop the team to meet sales targets, control costs, maintain safety, merchandising and stock standards, and drive a one-team culture that cares for health and wellbeing.

About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Direct leadership experience as you’ll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control
• To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
