Job summary

Sedgwick Australia is seeking a Team Leader - Claim Support in a hybrid arrangement with responsibilities to lead a claims support team across Australia. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and drive performance to deliver timely, accurate, and professional claims support for clients.

Team Leader - Claim Support

Lead a team that plays a critical role in delivering exceptional claims experiences . As the Claims Support Team Leader, you'll coach and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure customers and clients receive timely, accurate and professional support throughout the claims process.

Your responsibilities

• Lead & optimise performance: Manage daily operations, resourcing and system workflows to meet KPIs/SLAs and regulatory timelines
