The role of Team Leader Business Performance and Integration is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality business improvement, performance reporting, governance, and service optimisation initiatives across Council's Environment and Planning Directorate.
Reporting to the Section Manager Business Support & Systems, this role will see you use your proactive engagement with employees and stakeholders to ensure effective data-driven decision making while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
The commencing salary for this position is up to $115.3k per year. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $133.6k on completion of assessment of skills and/ or performance plus 12% superannuation
