Job summary

Central Coast Council is seeking a Team Leader Business Performance and Integration to guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering business improvement, performance reporting and governance for the Environment and Planning Directorate.

You will engage with staff and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making and foster a culture of continuous improvement, while ensuring quality customer service and community value.

Qualifications

Degree in Business/Commerce/Leadership or related discipline, or demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with accountability and customer focus.
Experience delivering complex, organisation-wide corporate projects and improvement initiatives.
Ability to analyse financial, operational and performance data for insights and recommendations.
Leadership behaviours including communication, coaching and change management.

Responsibilities
