Lutheran Services is seeking a proactive and passionate Team Leader to join our Community Services division. Based at Bridges Reconnect, Woodridge, QLD, you will lead and support our staff within the Bridges Reconnect program for young people aged 12 to 18 at risk of homelessness.

Remuneration range: $54.50 - $56.97 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + staff discounts & benefits. As the Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage complex

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Services, Social Work, or equivalent.
• Experience leading programs or teams in community services.
• Strong communication, team-building and client engagement skills.
• Proactive and supportive leadership style.
• Knowledge of safeguarding legislation.
• Current QLD Driver’s Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring coordination, case management and delivery of daily supports.
• Lead, supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, onboarding, recruitment, performance and professional development.
• Coordinate complex caseloads and lead intake, referrals, assessments, risk management and individual goal-setting.
• Work with clients, families and external providers to deliver individualized support and positive outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing service delivery frameworks, documentation and quality practices.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, legislative requirements and service standards.
• Represent the service at relevant forums, building partnerships and advocating for the organisation’s mission and values.
