Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years balustrade installation experience plus leadership qualities to lead a small team.
• Knowledge of National Construction Code essential.
• Current NSW drivers licence.
• Construction industry White Card.
• Full Working Rights in Australia.
• Complete kit of tools or ability to purchase prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Install balustrades (aluminium and glass) and related products.
• Lead a small team and progress to Team Leader for the right candidate.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality on site.
• Utilise company vehicle during business hours where applicable.

Job description

Our business undertakes a high volume of residential construction work and are currently seeking experienced balustrade installers that seek change and workplace stability. You must be motivated to succeed, well presented and exhibit a professional attitude. We can offer an immediate start with an attractive package and progression to Team Leader for the right candidate.

Our signature product is balustrade - aluminium and glass, however we have a much wider range of products including awnings, screens, pergolas, fencing and gates.

All applicants must carry and/or supply:

Full Working Rights in Australia

Minimum 5 years of balustrade installation experience plus leadership qualities in order to lead a small team

Knowledge of National Construction Code essential

Current NSW drivers licence

Construction industry White Card

iOS phone or tablet

Complete kit of tools or ability to purchase prior to commencement

Our remuneration package includes an hourly rate of $40 (full-time) - $50 (casual) - with the relevant experience, 12% superannuation, use of company vehicle during business hours including all fuel and tolls. Monday - Friday role.
