Job summary

Noble Balustrades is a Sydney-based fabrication and installation business specialising in stainless steel, aluminium, and glass balustrades, handrails, and privacy screens for commercial builders and residential clients across all of Sydney. We're growing, and we're building our team around people who genuinely want to get good at the trade.

You'll work directly alongside a qualified Certificate III tradesperson and Qualified Supervisor, across both workshop fabrication and on-site installation

Qualifications

• Currently completing (or about to start) a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year apprentices all welcome
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
• Comfortable working across both workshop and construction sites
• Driver's licence highly regarded
• Willing to obtain a White Card if you don't already hold one
• Leading, above-award pay at every year level
• Direct, hands-on mentorship - not one of a dozen apprentices lost in a big crew
• Genuine project variety across commercial and residential work

About the role
