Job summary

NLB Fencing and Balustrades Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Site Installer and Labourer in Cardiff, NSW 2285 for a casual role. You will support installation crews on construction sites, unload materials, and assist with fencing, screens and balustrades installations across workshop and on-site locations.

You should be physically fit with good attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a valid driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as labourer or in construction/manufacturing
• Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks
• Strong workmanship standards

NLB Fencing and Balustrades Pty Ltd – Cardiff NSW

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Site installer and labourer to join our team at NLB Fencing and Balustrades Pty Ltd. This is a casual role based in Cardiff, NSW 2285, providing an opportunity to work on a variety of projects across our workshop and on-site locations.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting installation crews on construction sites, helping to unload and move materials, and performing general labouring/site hand duties including the installation of fencing, screens, balustrades and more.
• Loading, unloading and driving of light truck.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in the workshop and on job sites
• Performing other duties as required to support the operations of the business

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar construction/manufacturing role
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
• Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
