Job summary

RAC Auto Services in Myaree, WA, is seeking a passionate Workshop Team Leader to supervise a team of technical experts in a busy automotive service centre. You’ll drive daily operations, quality checks and safe, efficient vehicle servicing.

You will lead a diverse team with a focus on mentorship, task prioritisation, and delivering value through strong organisational skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Licensing: C-Class Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Repairer’s License.
• Technical skills in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Organisational strength to prioritise tasks, manage workload, and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a dedicated automotive workshop team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Oversee quality checks, fault diagnostics, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scheduling and workload to meet shift start/stop times and production demands.

As a Workshop Team Leader at our Myaree centre, you’ll manage and motivate a dedicated group of technical experts, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll also have direct involvement in quality checks, fault diagnostics and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
