Job summary

GWMWater's Grampians Service Delivery team invites applications for a Team Leader Ararat. Based in Ararat, you will lead day-to-day operational and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable water and wastewater services for customers across the region.

Reporting to the Grampians Operations Manager, you will guide Water Services Operators, coordinate activities, monitor asset performance and drive safety, workforce development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day operational and maintenance activities of the Ararat workgroup.
• Ensure safe and reliable water and wastewater services for customers across the region.
• Coordinate with Grampians Operations Manager and Water Services Operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Water Services Operators.
• Coordinate operational and maintenance activities across the Grampians area.
• Monitor asset performance and respond to service delivery issues.
• Contribute to workforce development, operational planning, safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in an after-hours duty roster and may work in other GWMWater regions.

An exciting leadership opportunity exists for a Team Leader Ararat to join GWMWater's Grampians Service Delivery team. Based in Ararat, this position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational and maintenance activities of the Ararat workgroup, ensuring the continued delivery of safe and reliable water and wastewater services to customers across the region.

This hands-on leadership position participates in an after-hours duty roster and may occasionally undertake work in other GWMWater operational regions as required.
