GWMWater invites applications for a Team Leader Ararat. Based in Ararat, you will lead the day-to-day operational and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable water and wastewater services for customers in the Grampians region.

You will report to the Grampians Operations Manager, lead Water Services Operators, coordinate maintenance, monitor asset performance and contribute to safety, planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in water services preferred.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater operations.
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operational and maintenance activities of the Ararat workgroup.
• Coordinate operational and maintenance activities across the Grampians area.
• Monitor asset performance and respond to service delivery issues.
• Contribute to workforce development, operational planning and safety compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and after-hours duty roster.

Based in Ararat, this position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational and maintenance activities of the Ararat workgroup, ensuring the continued delivery of safe and reliable water and wastewater services to customers across the region.Reporting to the Grampians Operations Manager, the successful applicant will lead and support a team of Water Services Operators, coordinate operational and maintenance activities, monitor asset performance and respond to service delivery issues across the Grampians area.
