Job summary

Epworth HealthCare in Hawthorn is seeking an Administration Team Leader to lead a high-performing administration team across outpatient, consulting and reception services, ensuring efficient processes and an exceptional patient experience. You will coach and develop staff, drive improvements, and partner with clinicians to maintain high service standards.

The role requires hospital administration experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to Epworth values.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospital patient administration.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience supporting and developing teams.
  • Knowledge of health fund contracts and patient administration systems such as iPM, Genie or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
