Epworth HealthCare in Melbourne's eastern suburbs is seeking a part-time receptionist at Epworth Eastern (Box Hill) to be the first point of contact for patients, greet visitors and manage front-desk administration. You will support doctors and staff and report to the Patient Services Manager.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy hospital environment. Healthcare experience is desirable.

In this part-time (permanent) receptionist role, based at Epworth Eastern (Box Hill) andLilydale Consulting Suites, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the hospital, meeting and greeting patients, ensuring upkeep of patient files, coordinating with our doctors and staff, and back-of-office administration processes. You will be working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team, reporting to the Patient Services Manager.
