Job summary

Marsh in Adelaide is seeking a Team Leader to join our Claims and Administration Operations team on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, with at least three days in the office weekly, and will lead a team of up to 15 people to ensure accurate, timely and high-quality service for members and clients.

You will coach and develop direct reports, participate in recruitment and onboarding, monitor service standards, manage escalations, and drive process improvements while keeping risk in check.

• Experience in operations, customer service or administration within a service-led environment
• Sound communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• A bachelor’s degree in business, a technical discipline or equivalent experience

These Team Leader opportunities include both permanent and secondment positions across Claims and Administration Operations. You will lead day-to-day workflow, support a team of up to 15 people and help deliver accurate, timely and high-quality service to members and clients. The roles also play an important part in coaching people, supporting continuous improvement and managing operational risk.

We will count on you to:
