Job summary

IUIH Institute for Urban Indigenous Health is seeking a Team Lead Trainers and Assessors to guide and develop the Registered Training Organisation EMPOWA Training. You will ensure CIIF and Clinical Quality and Safety standards are embedded in resources and program design.

You will manage delivery teams, deliver training, monitor performance and prepare reports for the RTO Manager, fostering an inclusive and culturally safe learning environment across South East Queensland.

Qualifications

• Current Criminal History Check
• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
• Current Working with Children’s Check (Qld Blue Card)
• Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Qld Yellow Card)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
• A qualification in Allied health Assisting, Primary Health Care, Community Services, Individual Support, Business or equivalent.
• Ability to travel across South East Queensland (SEQ) as required

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Trainer and Assessors to maintain high standards of delivery and assessment practices.
• Facilitate and deliver training and conduct assessment activities as required, ensuring your own trainer & assessor currency.
• Proactively monitor the quality of training and assessment delivery identifying issues and implementing resolutions - Ensure Continuous improvement practices are adhered to.
• Embed the IUIH Cultural Integrity Investment Framework (CIIF) and organisational values into training practices and team leadership.
• Provide periodic training and assessment performance and activity reports to the RTO Manager.
