As Team Leader, you’ll work with Directors and Senior Associates to grow teams, strengthen client relationships and translate technical philosophy into action while advancing Partridge’s growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ engineering/design experience.
• Chartered membership and Professional Engineer registration.
• A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong technical capability within your area of specialisation with multidisciplinary awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
• The confidence to have difficult conversations, navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn.

We’re looking for an experienced Structural engineer who wants to lead, influence and make a real impact, on projects, clients and people.

The consultancy has a strong focus on architecturally driven project with a focus on high-end residential design, Heritage and event design. The role would suit someone who enjoys leading technically challenging projects, and being a leader of a team.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key leadership role, working closely with our Directors and Senior Associates to grow our teams, strengthen client relationships and continue developing the technical philosophy that sets us apart.
