Partridge in NSW seeks an experienced Structural Engineer to lead, influence and make a real impact on projects, clients and people. The role focuses on architecturally driven high-end residential design, heritage and event projects, with a leadership path and opportunities to shape the firm’s future.

As Team Leader, you’ll work with Directors and Senior Associates to grow teams, strengthen client relationships and translate technical philosophy into action while advancing Partridge’s growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ engineering/design experience.
• Chartered membership and Professional Engineer registration.
• A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong technical capability within your area of specialisation with multidisciplinary awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
• The confidence to have difficult conversations, navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, coaching engineers to grow.
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects and collaborate on solutions.
