Job summary

Partridge in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead, influence and deliver high-end residential, heritage and event projects. As Associate/Team Leader you’ll mentor engineers, drive technical excellence and grow client relationships.

You’ll work with directors to shape Partridge’s growth, champion a clear technical philosophy, and identify opportunities while overseeing multi-disciplinary design and on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or equivalent qualification.
• Chartered membership.
• Professional Engineer registration.
• 7+ years’ engineering/design experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• A growth mindset and self‑awareness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, coaching engineers to become leaders.
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects and solve challenging problems.
• Build long‑term client relationships and act as trusted adviser.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
