Woolworths Group is seeking a Team Experience Partner to collaborate with Own Brand and Technical teams, shaping people strategies and driving performance across a fast-paced portfolio.

You will coach leaders, design and deliver people initiatives on team effectiveness, development, engagement, culture and change, and provide insights from people data.

• Experience as a people partner in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach and advise leaders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leaders to drive people strategies and align with commercial goals.
• Coach, advise, design and deliver initiatives on key people priorities (team effectiveness, growth, engagement).
• Implement people change initiatives to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline and provide data-driven insights to leaders.
• Act as escalation point for urgent or sensitive people matters including IR/ER when needed.
