Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Team Experience Partner to collaborate with Wyong and Erskine Park distribution centre leadership. You will coach leaders, drive talent initiatives, and use data to future-proof the workforce in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience as a People & Culture partner, strong stakeholder relationships and the ability to navigate complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, with a focus on growth and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People and Culture Business Partner.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments and high momentum.
• Experience with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and negotiations is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise site leaders to navigate complex problems and drive people initiatives.
• Implement people change initiatives to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Partner with Site Leadership and Workplace Relations to negotiate their Enterprise Agreement.
• Provide actionable insights from People data to leaders.
• Escalation point for urgent or sensitive people matters including IR/ER.
• Build relationships with union partners and stakeholders.
