Flinders University is seeking a Lecturer (Teaching Specialist) to contribute to student success across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The role emphasizes direct teaching, curriculum development and interdisciplinary learning across the Critical Indigenous Studies portfolio.

The appointee will deliver high-quality teaching, engage in curriculum renewal, and provide academic counselling and career guidance, supporting students in a culturally responsive learning environment.

Qualificações

• Significant teaching and learning experience and excellence.
• Evidence of use of learning and teaching approaches which enhance student success.
• Evidence of independent innovation in learning and teaching delivery or design, including use of e‑learning technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Direct teaching informed by approaches that enhance the student experience.
• Curriculum design and review.
• Making an independent contribution to the review, renewal, development and design of curricula and courses that are attractive to existing and new cohorts of students and that nurture creativity and critical thinking skills.
• Providing support, academic counselling and professional advice to students concerning their studies, professional development and career opportunities.
• Working collaboratively across disciplines to deliver interdisciplinary learning experiences that enhance student engagement and success.
