As a Teaching Operations Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating academic and administrative services that ensure the effective delivery of learning and teaching across designated Schools and disciplines. You will contribute to teaching quality by overseeing timetabling, academic support processes, and classroom operations, while working closely with staff across the faculty and central Learning and Teaching teams.
In this role, you will use data analysis to support timetabling optimisation, academic workload planning, and curriculum coordination. You will also manage the Casual Employment Administration process, including allocation, rostering, and monitoring of hours to support compliance and budget tracking. Your work will directly support academics and professional staff, enabling consistent, coordinated and high-quality learning experiences.
You will be part of the broader Faculty professional staff team, contributing to collaborative projects and providing operational support where required across Schools. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, navigating complex information, working across multiple stakeholders, and contributing to continual improvement initiatives.
