Job description

  • Full-time, Fixed-Term position at HEW 4 until [December 2028].
  • Hawkesbury campus with flexible working arrangements.
  • Salary: $77,982 – $83,022 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

Deliver professional administrative support that strengthens service delivery across the Pay Confidence Program.

The Opportunity

The Administration and Enquiry Officer plays a central role in supporting the daily operations of the Pay Confidence Program. You will contribute to efficient workflows by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate documentation. Working as part of a busy operational environment, you will ensure enquiries are handled professionally and that information is stored and shared in line with university processes.

You will support internal and external stakeholders by providing timely responses, preparing documentation, and helping maintain smooth office coordination. Your strong organisational capability and attention to detail will support the wider team to meet deadlines and deliver high quality outcomes. With proficiency in administrative systems and Microsoft Office, you will help ensure data accuracy, effective communication, and consistent service delivery.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured administrative work, can balance competing priorities, and contributes positively to a team setting. As a key enabler of operational efficiency, you will play an important part in enhancing the program’s support functions and service standards.

What Success Looks Like
  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the program and its stakeholders.
  • Manage correspondence, schedules, and records with a professional and organised approach.
  • Prepare and process documents in line with university procedures and compliance standards.
  • Maintain databases, reports, and administrative systems with high levels of accuracy.
  • Support enquiry resolution and effective office coordination to meet team objectives.
